Dat is \u2018Pabo on the Job\u2019, dat maandag 2 februari officieel van start gaat. Het initiatief gaat zorgen voor meer leerkrachten voor de klas, door de overstap naar leerkracht laagdrempelig en gemakkelijker te maken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pabo on the Job is speciaal ontwikkeld voor onderwijsassistenten, leraarondersteuners en pedagogisch medewerkers die in de praktijk willen doorgroeien naar een functie als leerkracht. Dankzij deze leerroute kunnen zij hun huidige baan combineren met de pabo-opleiding, met behoud van inkomen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Werkend leren<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image_resized image-style-align-right\" src=\"https:\/\/content.presspage.com\/uploads\/1593\/e0b33393-b309-4131-a364-574236743db4\/500_1920-1920-_dsc0639.jpg?x=1768894947995\" alt=\"1920-1920-_DSC0639\" width=\"200\"><\/strong><br \/>Het traject valt onder het principe van <i>werkend leren<\/i>: docenten blijven in dienst bij hun school en volgen daarnaast onderwijs vanuit de pabo. De werkplek vormt het uitgangspunt van het leren, waardoor praktijk en theorie optimaal worden ge\u00efntegreerd. De eerste groep van ruim 30 studenten uit het regionale onderwijs start in Eindhoven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samenwerking in de regio<\/strong><br \/>De leerroute maakt deel uit van de deeltijdopleiding Leraar Basisonderwijs bij Fontys en is ontwikkeld in nauwe samenwerking met werkveldpartners Atalenta, Partnerschap Opleiden in de School, Stichting Best Onderwijs en basisscholen in de regio. Een unieke samenwerking voor de toekomst van het basisonderwijs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Werkplek centraal<\/strong><br \/>Bij Pabo on the Job staat de werkplek centraal in het leerproces. Studenten passen nieuwe kennis direct toe in de praktijk en ontwikkelen vaardigheden op de werkvloer.
